Position Title: TCIA Associate Attorney
Location: Seattle, WA | Hybrid
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 annually

2–4 years experience in trademark, copyright, internet, and advertising law
Skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement
Experience with TTAB, UDRP, copyright filing and counseling
Strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing
