This American manufacturer has customers all over the globe. They are known for their high quality and dependable products. They are looking to add a Training Specialist to their team. As Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing plant Associate's skills and capabilities through training and testing
• Developing training manuals for various plant departments
• Working with plant supervisors
• Determining training needs and developing training schedules
• Ensuring continuous education 
• Improving processes; ensuring quality and adhering to policies

To be considered for the Training Specialist position you must have:
At least 2 years of previous training experience.  A degree is desired, but not required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to get along well with others
Solid computer skills
Some relocation assistance may be provided
