ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Centennial, Colorado.

\nRN - Tele Float Pool
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• Float throughout multiple units within a 60-mile radius zone with no home base facility
\n• Work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
\n• May be placed in holiday rotation
\n• Float between multiple units including General MS-Tele, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Observation
\n• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6 based on acuity
\n• Care for adult to geriatric population with various diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, post-surgical, and general medicine patients
\n• Required to titrate Heparin drips
\n• Must have 2 years of MS-Tele experience; prior neuro experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• 1-2 days orientation with preceptor
\n• Use Epic Systems EMR for charting
\n• Rare call/standby requirements for low census
\n• Schedule created by leadership for 6-week periods
\n• All time off requests must be submitted prior to starting assignment
\n• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
