Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Weekends/Days

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to join our client's team. This is a 13•week contract position with a schedule of 32•36 hours per week, primarily during day shifts. The role requires flexibility to work on weekends and some weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home•based care to patients within a specific territory.

• Float to another location if required.

• Maintain patient records and document care provided.

Requirements:

• Valid MA Nursing License.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN.

• BLS Certification.

• Experience with OASIS; familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Additional Information:

• This role does not require on•call duties.

• There is potential for contract extension.

• Scrub color is not specified.

• PPE details will be provided.

• Pay cycle is Sunday•Saturday.

• Orientation will be held at our client's Southborough office.
