Job Details

• Acute Medical Inpatient- Intermediate Step down Telemetry Class I ASAP
• 13 weeks 36/wk 7p-7a
• Every other Holiday Every other Weekend No Call
• Cardiology experience required- Cardiac medication/infusions, Telemetry/temporary pacemakers Post procedural, Cath Lab, EP, TAVRs, CHF, RAF, Medication loading, pre-ops for Cardiac Surgery, CVICU step down, Vascular PACUs (AAA/Carotids), Pre and post op cardiac procedures.

• No local contracts. Contracts only if 75+mile proximity.

Additional Details

• Proof of vaccine Sept 2024 booster, declination or exemption(with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL.
• Attached scanned proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
• Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.
• Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption(with agency letterhead). Declination not accepted for CA or IL. Flu dates: 10/1/2024-4/30/2025.
• Attached scanned proof of 1 vaccination with date or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
• Upload a current, non-expired TDAP vaccine. Declinations are accepted if the assignment does not require Pedatric interaction. Agency form acceptable for declination.
• Provide documentation from an exam within the last year that candidate is fit to work. Attach scanned copy of certification to candidate's record in Trinity VMS.
• 9 Panel completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start. Must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature. Must include the following: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6- Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, and Methadone. (NO THC).
• Resume, Skills Checklist within a year, 2 Professional References
• All engaged contractors must have page 1 signed form on file in TrinityVMS. The URL is health.org/documents/disclosure_of_Interest.pdf
• Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal from last 7 years. Also include SSN Verification. Must be dated within 30 days of start. Check all addresses for primary name and AKA names. (Maryland Counties will be included within State Search)
• Attach completed 3rd Party Screening Company report of candidates highest level of academic education (degree - if no degree High School Diploma or GED must be verified) into candidate's record in Trinity VMS. *If job description requires specific certification(s), then certs will need to be provided at onboarding.
• Attach scanned EPLS report from website ( or result provided by third party screening company dated within past 30 days into candidate's record in Trinity VMS. All Aliases must be searched.
• Attach scanned OIG result print-out from the website ( or result provided by third party screening company and dated within past 30 days into candidate's record in Trinity VMS. All Aliases must be searched.
