Must Have Skills/Experience: pharmacokinetic dosing, Cerner, acute care hospital
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: AUC/MIC dosing, Omnicell, ACLS, warfarin dosing, Sentri7
• Number of Openings: 2
•Shift: 3rd (10 pm to 8 am)
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 80
•Weekend Hours: every other weekend
• Call Requirements: no call
• •Years of Experience: 2 hospital experience (will consider retail and hospital mix)
NC Pharmacy License
• • Additional Notes: 7 on/7 off beginning on Monday nights but can be flexible with days worked
