UI Lead Engineer with React (Remote) We are seeking a highly qualified UI Lead Engineer - React (Remote) with 10+ years of experience in React and Next.js. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using React and Next.js. Utilize the Vitest framework to write, automate, and maintain unit and integration tests for React components. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices. Apply Next.js expertise, including familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Implement testing practices, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies; Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a strong plus. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to empower team members and enhance their technical skills. Contribute to the company's strategic goals by driving innovation and efficiency in software development processes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, and TypeScript; strong knowledge of front-end technologies. Component-based architecture, with familiarity with reusable UI components and efficient state management in large-scale applications. Proficient in Git, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
