About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to join their team. This executive will be the top financial leader, responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, and overseeing all finance and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management, as well as ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial operations. The VP of Finance will also act as a strategic advisor, providing critical insights, ROI analysis, and financial guidance to support growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years' of experience. A background in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or experience within a PE-backed organization is required. The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving operational improvements, advancing strategic priorities, and building and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams. Proficiency in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow management, and KPI reporting is essential, as is a strong knowledge of GAAP, close processes, internal controls, and audit preparation. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, solutions-oriented advisor with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
