About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President General Manager (VPGM) for its Southwest Division. The VPGM will be a key leader, accountable for the financial health and growth of the division, and will be responsible for developing and driving market strategy, managing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading talent management strategies. Safety is the top priority, and the VPGM will be expected to exemplify and instill a values-based safety culture. This role also involves leading by example, setting and achieving performance goals, and maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and business development. Candidates for the VPGM position should have a completed bachelor's degree, supervisory experience in a highly regulated, multi-unit business structure, and a minimum of 7 years' industry experience in a management role. The role requires a proven track record in financial performance, business development, and strategic planning, as well as strong leadership competencies. The ideal candidate will be a take-charge leader with a focus on safety, customer, and family values, and will be adept at generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to travel, and a good understanding of financial analysis and market dynamics are essential. The VPGM will be expected to lead with resilience, communicate effectively, and ensure the division is staffed with the best talent in the industry.
