Role Name: VMware Architect/Solution Architect

Location : San Jose, CA

Type: Fulltime

Must have any of these 2 certifications either VMware VCDX or OpenShift and cloud-specific certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) can be beneficial.

Based upon the JD and Sample CV, while sourcing the profile please ensure the following things in the profile in initial screening.

1. Profile should have extensive experience on VMWare Products – vSphere, vRealize Automation, VCF ( Vmware Cloud Foundation), vCloud Director, ESXi, vCenter Server and other preferred one on NSX, VSAN, SRM
2. VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) & OpenShift certification or any other good cloud certification
3. Very good knowledge on virtualization concepts
4. Having good knowledge on Cloud Management Platform like Aria Automation ( erstwhile vRealize Automation)
5. Trusted technical advisor for Vmware products
6. Capability to understand and collect requirements from multiple stakeholders
7. Have understanding of utilizing VMware Validated Designs or Solutions
8. Having experience of HPE Morpheus (CMP ), HPE VM Essentials, HPE OpsRamp, HPE’s market leading infrastructure products - HPE Proliant Servers, HPE Alletra Storage, HPE Aruba Networking
9. Should have good experience of understanding customer business use cases and capabilities to convert them into solutions
10. Expertise in Private Cloud offerings including virtualization, multi-tenancy with Provider and Customer personas, software defined networking, Kubernetes and Containers and also the management of Private cloud Management platforms (CMP)
11. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
12. Knowledge of other data center components would be added advantage i.e. networking, Storage, SAN, Servers, Databases, etc
13. Should have experience of Hands on Experience, Implementation, Integration, Design, Solutioning and Architecture on the above technologies

3- Expertise in Private Cloud offerings including virtualization, multi-tenancy with Provider and Customer personas, software defined networking, Kubernetes and Containers.

4- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including virtualization and software-defined networking.

5- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
