The Kelly® Professional & Industrial team is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join a growing client in

La Vergne, TN

 

As a Distribution Center Associate, you'll ensure smooth processing and shipping of incoming merchandise to our stores. Just like Harry Potter, you'll weave the magic that delivers our products into the hands of our customers.

 

Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour ( Note: Starting pay is listed, but final salary may vary based on shift and other factors.)

Shifts:

Monday-Thursday : 4:55 am -3:25 pm

Sunday-Wednesday: 4:00 pm-2:30 am

Friday-Sunday : 5:00 am-5:30 pm

Weekend only : 5 am -3:30 pm/7 am -5:30pm

Duration : Seasonal

 

 

What You'll Do:

- Pack and prepare orders for shipment quickly and accurately using the right supplies.

- Ensure all retail orders are processed on time, keeping the workflow smooth between workstations.

- Input data into PTL and other systems—don’t worry, we’ll train you on this!

- Stock new merchandise as it arrives.

- Communicate with management about any production issues.

- Follow all company policies on safety, cleanliness, and ethics.

- Monitor production supplies and help order more when needed.

- Follow departmental procedures and suggest any necessary changes to your supervisor.

- Work in a new climate-controlled building with a great break room and music overhead.

- Be prepared for a moderately loud distribution center environment.

 

What You'll Need:

- Reliable transportation.

- Previous experience in a distribution center or internet fulfillment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
