Warehouse Associate – Warehouse Employee Lumper Unloader
Schedule: Full-Time, 6 AM - 3 PM
Location: East Windsor, NJ

About the Role:
We're hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our East Windsor, NJ location. This role involves loading and unloading packages from trailers, containers, and railcars. After two weeks of training , you’ll switch to production-based pay, where top earners average $1,500 per week before taxes. Job Responsibilities:

• Load/unload products on pallets, racks, trailers, and containers.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
• Read and understand labels, breakdown sheets, and follow basic math.
• Identify and report damages or shortages immediately.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace, following all company and OSHA guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physical Strength – Ability to lift 50-70 lbs safely.
• Detail-Oriented – Read labels, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Team Player – Work well both independently and in a team setting.
• Flexible and Reliable – Available for occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime, and must pass a background check and drug screening.
