Preferred:

!!!! Experience with Magento (even if it’s a few years back!) is a big plus. We’ve got potential projects coming up using this platform, and having that skill in your toolkit could put you at the top of the list.

Company Overview

At Provisions Group, people come first—whether it’s our clients, consultants, or internal team. We’re a fast-growing IT consulting and staffing firm based in Franklin, TN, and proud to be named one of the Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work three years in a row (2022–2024).

Our unique model blends the deep expertise of our in-house architects and engineers with the flexibility of a top-tier staffing team. That means we deliver the right skill, at the right time, at the right price. From data and cloud to app development and IT strategy, we provide full-spectrum technology services—backed by partnerships with Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and more.

Whether we’re advising a vCIO or scaling a development team, our mission stays the same: to serve people well and solve real problems with smart, strategic tech solutions.

Position Purpose

This is a WordPress Developer role that lives within our Marketing team. As a developer on our team, you’ll work closely with designers, project managers, clients, and other developers to create, maintain, and enhance web projects—primarily using WordPress.

Your work will include adding new features, making edits or revisions, answering WordPress-related questions from clients, and collaborating on estimates and timelines. We use WordPress for what it does best—content-driven websites, not complex app development—and you'll consult with clients and team members to determine the best solutions using its flexibility.

This role offers a mix of building new websites and maintaining existing ones (we currently support around 25 WordPress sites). You’ll also contribute to an active full-site rebuild that’s already underway. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, and while experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is a plus, it is not required.
