We are looking for a detail-oriented AML/BSA Analyst to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in transaction monitoring to detect and prevent financial crimes.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of financial transactions to identify potential money laundering activities.
• Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize tools like Actimize to enhance transaction monitoring processes and identify suspicious patterns.
• Prepare detailed reports and escalate findings to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective AML compliance programs.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the organization adheres to all applicable laws.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving existing compliance processes.
• Analyze financial statements to detect inconsistencies or red flags related to suspicious activities.• At least 3 years of experience in AML, BSA, and transaction monitoring.
• Proficiency in using Actimize or similar transaction monitoring tools is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and identify potential compliance issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial crime prevention.
