We are seeking a motivated and personable Kitchen Refacing Appointment Qualifier & Setter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a talent for scheduling qualified in-home design consultations. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring they receive the best service and the right solutions for their kitchen remodeling needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers who have expressed interest in kitchen refacing, qualify their needs, and schedule in-home design consultations.
• Customer Engagement: Ask the right questions to understand each customer’s goals, budget, and timeline while educating them on our kitchen refacing process.
• Lead Qualification: Identify strong leads and filter out unqualified prospects to maximize the productivity of our in-home design team.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with potential customers who are undecided, providing relevant information and encouragement to move forward.
• CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer interactions and appointment details in our system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
