An accounting firm is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. You will work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle accounting duties and prepare both individual and business tax returns
Draft simple financial statements
Use QuickBooks and UltraTax software
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have Bookkeeping experience
Must be able to prepare individual and business tax returns
Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and UltraTax with accurate data entry skills
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Confidentiality is mandatory
