- Competitive Pay Rate: Starting rate is $23.57 and increases to $24.48 after six months!

To be successful in this role you will need: - To show a strong ability to provide great customer service. Our community is our customer, and we serve them every day!
- Communicate clearly with customers and manage fare box transactions.
- You must be flexible and available to work during various times to support our customers. This includes weekends, mornings, evenings, and afternoons. For instance, you might be scheduled to work from Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and later have the opportunity to choose a roster pick such as Wednesday to Sunday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Shift selections are made three times a year based on seniority
- You must be able to obtain a Class B CDL with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsement.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver's license with less than 4 points. Points greater than 4 will automatically disqualify the applicant from consideration.
- Able to obtain the proper Commercial Driver's License (CDL) license, will train to achieve endorsements during our training program for new drivers.
- Meet and maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination requirements including drug and alcohol screening.
- Maintain an excellent driving record.
- Able to interpret and follow run guidelines for assigned routes.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- The ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee and customer safety.
- Able to safely secure mobility devices in accordance with FTA rules for ADA passengers.
