Position: Cannabis Delivery Specialist

Job Description: As a Cannabis Delivery Specialist at Three Trees Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. We are seeking individuals who are not only enthusiastic about the cannabis industry but also possess a kind disposition, critical thinking skills, and a commitment to personal growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cannabis products to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prioritize and manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely service.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Embrace coaching and constructive criticism for continuous personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a kind disposition.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve on the go.
• Enthusiasm for personal growth and a commitment to success.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A valid driver license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (we do provide company vehicles to drive).
• Ability to lift 65+ lbs.
• Must have access to email.
• Basic math.
• Reading comprehension.

No experience required. A willingness to learn standard operating procedures and deliver consistent, exceptional customer service is a huge plus! Our drivers report to work in Oakland and travel to their respective delivery zones in a company vehicle daily.
