Chiropractor Lititz PA (10 miles N of Lancaster)

Up to $100k per year! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our established practice Lititz, PA. Our ideal candidate is passionate about serving their community- helping others release their innate ability to heal. We are seeking someone who has a bright personality, has excellent computer/ EHR skills, and loves to learn and enjoys being a part of a team. Ideally the incoming Chiropractor has their physiotherapy license and is proficient in providing rehab and therapy protocols. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a Chiropractor looking for either part time or full-time employment. Experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train. We prefer a person looking for a long-term position to grow with us, with professional advancement and potential ownership possibilities.
Who we are: We are a Chiropractic Family wellness clinic that provides treatments for a wide range of conditions, including back/neck pain, fatigue, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, and more and we have proudly served our community for over 25 years. We don’t just want our patients to get healthy, we want them to learn how to stay healthy. While half our mission is to make sure our patients get the best care possible, the other half of our mission is to educate and empower them on health and wellness. Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal health. We have a fantastic team with an in-house massage therapist, dedicated billing, and admin staff, to assist with many aspects of our practice.
Duties: - Patient exams/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Take and Review X-rays
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to ROF’s, Diagnosis, treatment plan options, healthy lifestyle advice, lifestyle modifications, and rehab/therapy modalities
- Prescribe in-office and at-home exercise plans to properly rehabilitate injured clients
- Assist the patient with rehab treatments and modalities
- Chiropractic care to include Manual therapy , Flexion-distraction, CBP, SOM Diversified, Gonstead, and cervical chair
- Documentation and progress notes in EHR
- Collaboration with staff for comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Engage in company meetings to further the quality of care provided throughout our facility
- Marketing: local organization involvement and Events
Requirements: - Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
- PA Chiropractic License and adjunctive therapy license
Compensation: - $70k-$100k per year plus bonus compensation potential
