Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver

• Deliver sheds safely and efficiently, driving a 5500 Dodge truck with a trailer, including oversized loads.
• Travel within a 2-hour radius of our shop, covering NJ, PA, DE, and MD.
• Perform on-site setup, greeting customers, reviewing placement requirements, and maneuvering sheds into position with minimal impact on lawns and landscaping.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with their delivery and addressing any concerns or minor touch-ups needed.
• Maintain delivery equipment, conducting regular inspections to ensure everything remains in top condition.
• Deliver up to 3 sheds daily, starting at 6:00 AM, averaging a finish time around 5:00 PM or earlier.

J&M Woodworks LLC is a faith-based Amish wholesale shed manufacturer in Lancaster, PA, known for producing high-quality sheds, garages, and pool houses for over 30 years. We seek a Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will use our modern 5500 Dodge truck and trailer to deliver sheds to customers. If you are a skilled and customer-focused driver who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in a job well done, we'd love to have you on board.

Our Ideal Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver:

• Experienced : Holds a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record and a DOT medical card, plus at least 2 years of experience driving trucks with trailers, especially handling oversized loads.
• Adaptable & Willing to Learn : Open to training to operate specialized equipment like the Mule.
• Detail-Oriented : Pays close attention to placement accuracy and respects customer property.
• Personable : Friendly, professional, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.
• Safety-focused : Committed to safe driving practices, regulatory compliance, and securing freight during transport.
• Customer-oriented : Personable, empathetic, and professional, ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Dependable & Accountable : Honest, trustworthy, and reliable, consistently meeting commitments.
• Physically Capable : Able to lift up to 60 lbs., bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
