What We’re Looking For:

We’re adding talented individuals to our amazing team. Experience will determine placement:

• Experienced candidates may start as a CSR or assistant based on the interview.
• No experience? Begin in an entry-level support role focused on cleaning and assisting, with opportunities to grow into patient and client-facing responsibilities.
• Requirements: Punctuality, attention to detail, teamwork, compassion, tech-savviness, and a passion for veterinary care.

CSR Responsibilities:

• First-class client communication and education.
• Scheduling, check-ins/outs, and general office duties.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
• Liaising between clients and the technical team.

Since opening our doors in 2011, El Dorado Animal Hospital has been a trusted, full-service animal hospital that’s dedicated to providing high quality medicine and compassionate care. We exclusively see small animals and have a large focus on dentistry; however, we’re also equipped for general wellness and soft tissue surgeries. Fountain Hills an unique community, situated on the edge of a major metro city, giving access to anything one may desire from the city, and yet has a small town atmosphere.
