Virginian Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Manager to join our growing outpatient therapy team at our Fairfax clinic. This role includes serving as a mentor and supervisor of the clinicians at this location (PTs, PTAs, OTs, and STs), running our student program and also focuses on treating clients with both orthopedic and neurological conditions. Work with PTs, PTAs, OTs, and STs certified in LSVT BIG/LOUD, PWR!Moves, BoneFit, and Dry Needling. Progress your own clinical skills with cutting-edge technology such as the Neubie for neuromuscular re-education and pain management. Additional equipment - SoloStep system, advanced HRV testing equipment, slip trainer, Torque strenthening unit and BlazePods. To support our client's quality of life long-term, you can also directly refer patients to our wellness team for 1:1 and group offerings.
Skills and expertise in orthopedic/manual therapy and neurological rehabilitation are both highly valued, as are clinical specialist certifications. DPT degree and at least three years of progressive clinical experience required.
