Our client, a leader in the facility management industry, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Asheville, NC

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment functionality (vehicle provided)
• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage inventory control for facility services.
• Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments for proper operation.
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
