Job Description

The Direct Marketing Invoice Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, refunds, and manual checks. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to audit data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and contracts.

Process Invoices: Accurately enter and process marketing invoices in the accounting system.

Handle Refunds: Manage and process customer refunds in a timely and efficient manner.

Data Entry Auditing: Conduct regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Manual Checks: Prepare and process manual checks as required.

Credit Card Processing: Process credit card payments and refunds to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Batching Payments: Process card payments and refunds in batches at the end of each business day.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Communication: Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.

Reporting: Generate and distribute financial reports as needed.

Please ensure that all activities align with company policies and relevant regulations.

PII Compliance: Gain and maintain knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance and data security best practices.
