As a Customer Success Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Perform billing functions accurately and efficiently

• Use strong typing and communication skills to effectively correspond with customers
• Uphold a customer-oriented approach in all tasks and interactions.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing high-quality customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively, solving their queries and issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing billing functions, including invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Experience in claims processing, including claim validation, documentation, and resolution.
