Job Title:

Technical lead IAM Operations & Data Security Experience: 10+ Years in IAM, Cybersecurity, and Technical Delivery Management Role

Summary:

• Seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead IAM Operations (L2/L3), App Onboarding, and Data Security teams.
• The ideal candidate will oversee day to day support for SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions, ensuring high quality service delivery and compliance with security standards.

• Team Leadership: Manage IAM and Data Security teams, setting goals, tracking performance, and fostering skills development.
• Technical Oversight: Coordinate operations for IAM tools, including SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients to ensure transparency, address escalations, and fulfill service commitments.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices, automate processes, and enforce ITIL standards for improved service efficiency.
• Risk & Compliance: Lead security assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits with the Data Security team.

• Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related; CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience: Expertise in IAM and Data Security tools (SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, RSA, Azure Auth).
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, and ITIL experience.
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

• Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and incident response preferred."
