We are seeking an additional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! We are a general dental practice, with state of the art equipment, that focuses on providing the highest level of care. Bright Side Dental looks like a corporate organization but in actuality each is a family owned practice and the owner normally works as the main Doctor in the practice. We have a full management team to assist our practices in the areas of: HR, Staff Training & CE, Finance, Operations and Staff Happiness. We pride ourselves on having a fun and friendly culture with staff and patient happiness as our top priority.

If you are friendly, team-oriented and take pride in educating and maintaining patient relationships, we'd love to hear from you! This position can be part time or full time, we are flexible. To start, the hours for this position would be :

Wednesdays: 8:30am-5pm

Thursdays: 8:30am-5pm

Fridays: 8:30am-3pm

Saturdays: 8am-1:00pm (2 per month)

Salary: From (negotiable based on experience and productivity)

*Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and dental terminology.
* Assist in chairside procedures, documenting patient care and medical records accurately.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
* Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide comprehensive care, utilizing software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix for efficient record management.
* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.

*Qualifications*
* Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
* Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
* Familiarity with documentation review
* Knowledge of Dentrix software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
