About the role

As a MyEyeDr. District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations and patient service throughout all offices within your assigned district. Your role includes providing tools, support, and leadership to deliver revenue improvements, control costs, and ensure a first-class patient experience by fostering a professional work environment.

You Will

• Drive patient loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing patient feedback, and aligning office teams to retain patients.
• Implement plans with General Managers and the Regional Manager to grow office revenues and achieve sales and service goals, measured through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Control expenses to maximize office contributions by managing P&L, aligning labor with patient needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

About You

• 5 years of retail management experience; optical experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in achieving business results and mentoring staff.
• Strong planning, organizational, and computer skills.
