Position Summary

The Ecommerce and Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the companys online store and email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position ensures a seamless online customer experience while optimizing performance across ecommerce and email platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, promotions, and onsite merchandising on Shopify
• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using Klaviyo
• Analyze and report ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales performance
• Improve user experience and optimize ecommerce flows through A/B testing and performance data
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative assets with campaign goals
• Ensure email compliance with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Support seasonal promotions, new product launches, and marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce and email marketing
• Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting
• Familiarity with paid ad integrations or loyalty platforms

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Office environment with occasional collaboration meetings
• Minimal travel required

• Growth in email open, click-through, and conversion rates
• Successful execution of promotional campaigns tied to product launches or sales
