Job Description

A leading investment firm in Boston is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant for a 3+ month hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) at their Back Bay location. This position offers $40/hr and requires a 9 AM - 5 PM schedule with overtime as needed. The firm specializes in private equity investments and has a global presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Investor Meeting Coordination: Schedule investor meetings, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare materials.
  • Communication Management: Handle investor inquiries, maintain contact lists, and assist with reports.
  • Event Planning: Organize investor conferences and manage logistics.
  • Information Management: Organize financial data, maintain confidential records, and prepare reports.
  • Administrative Support: Manage expense reports, handle general office tasks, and support Investor Relations executives.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be highly trustworthy and discreet due to confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Investor Relations EA/AA roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with attention to detail.
