Field Inspector

Description:

• We are seeking a candidate to escort vendors in the field and ensure compliance with the client's policies and procedures while in the substation.
• The ideal candidate will have several years of substation field work experience and a deep understanding of the client's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Escort vendors and other personnel in the field.
• Ensure that all individuals follow client's policies and procedures while in the substation.
• Provide guidance and teaching moments when vendors or others are not compliant.
• Report any incidents that occur during substation visits.
• Requirements:
• Ability to be on call for field work and work up to 8 hours in a given day, with the possibility of overtime.
• Flexibility to decline specific days, but must not decline three consecutive times, as this may result in termination.
• Some trips may require overnight stays to optimize the completion of work.
• This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility and has a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

• Education: BS degree or higher

• Certification: Be a Qualified Electrical Worker
