Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Internship Start: Summer 2025 Responsibilities Interns will engage in challenging, hands-on assignments that will help them develop strong technical expertise and business knowledge Throughout the internship, associates will complete various work assignments that support Finance functions, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within Finance This program emphasizes a 'learn by doing' approach, where interns will not only perform tasks but also enhance their communication skills through formal report-outs to peers and Senior Finance leadership Intern will be involved in daily Sales and Orders reporting and analysis activities, creating data analyses related to business P&L and metrics, and performing standard operational monthly reporting They will also support the daily management of the business, build-out annual Cost-Roll analysis, and assist with Fixed Asset maintenance, including forecasts, inventory, and capitalizations General ledger research and variance analysis will also be part of their responsibilities, providing a well-rounded experience in the Finance domain Perform daily Sales and Orders reporting and analysis activities Create data analysis directly related to business P&L and metrics Perform standard operational monthly reporting and support daily management of the business Build-out annual Cost-Roll analysis & support Fixed Asset maintenance (forecasts, inventory, capitalizations) Conduct general ledger research and variance analysis Regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leaders will further support their development and learning Qualifications Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance. Graduation date of December 2025 or later. Must be able to commute to the work location in Charlotte, North Carolina. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills Flexible and willing to handle a dynamic work environment Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
