We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform financial feasibility analyses, build financial models for potential investments, and support a range of transaction processes and calculations across the real estate and finance sectors.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA.

• Assist with due diligence by reviewing financial statements, market data, and other relevant information.

• Contribute to day-to-day operational activities that drive the business forward.

• Work closely with all levels of the organization, gaining direct training in finance and real estate principles.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships across the team.

• Maintain strong communication habits, including proactive follow-up.

• Collaborate with team members to support successful transactions and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.

• Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong results-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 yearly base + bonus
