Performance Mitsubishi is seeking a highly motivated General Sales Manager to join our team. As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals. Experience as a Manager is great - BUT we will completely train the right person coming from Sales, Finance or other dealership positions IF WE FEEL THEY HAVE THE RIGHT CHARACTERISTICS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase sales volume, market share, and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork , collaboration, and personal growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  • Hire, train , and evaluate sales staff to ensure a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes, dealership operations, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales-related tools.
