A fast-scaling financial technology company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead platform architecture, engineering execution, and technical client engagement across its expanding suite of enterprise SaaS offerings.

This is a strategic technology leadership role focused on scaling cloud-native systems, driving technical design, and guiding a globally distributed engineering team through the next phase of platform growth.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading engineering and architecture functions within enterprise SaaS or complex software environments.
Strong architectural and systems design expertise, with hands-on understanding of modern backend technologies.
Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, containerisation, and secure software delivery.
Confident communicator with experience engaging directly with enterprise clients or senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to grow and mentor engineering teams, define strategy, and lead transformation.
Comfortable working in high-growth, high-accountability environments with evolving requirements.
