Join our vibrant team as a Host/Hostess at our beautiful resort on the stunning shores of Lake Superior. If you have a friendly demeanor and a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Apply today!

Essential Functions:

  • Reservations: Take dining reservations and manage guest seating.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests, guide them to their seats, and thank them as they leave.
  • Team Coordination: Direct servers on guest needs and assist with special requests.
  • Facility Maintenance: Inspect and help maintain dining areas, and assist with pre-bussing and bussing tables.
  • Side Work: Perform side work during shifts and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
  • Meetings: Attend employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Less than one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
