Job Duties
Supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of one or more Human Resources (HR) processes under general supervision
Serves as an ambassador to universities, building relationships and acting as a key point of contact to support talent pipeline development and campus engagement initiatives
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop tools, resources, and communications that enhance HR program effectiveness
Supports university recruiting efforts by coordinating events, building relationships with campus representatives, and assisting with intern and entry-level talent acquisition
Executes basic programs and projects while building subject matter expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, and HR Operations.
Applies specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and business acumen to support the efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies
Assists with HR data reporting and analysis to support actionable recommendations and continuous improvement in service delivery
Advises HR and business leaders on best practices as knowledge and experience grow
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification preferred
No previous experience required
