🩺 Registered Nurse (RN)

• Qualifications: RN license from your home country;  NCLEX pass &  USRN eligibility ; English sufficient for RN duties.
• Compensation & Benefits:   USD 40+ / hour (based on experience); 10 Days Paid Leave; Health Insurance.
• Schedule: 5×8h (8a–3:30p / 3p–11:30p / 11p–7:30a) or 3×12h (7a–7:30p / 7p–7:30a).
• Timeline (RN): I-140 filing opens  November 4, 2025(ongoing until filled).
• Contract: 3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).
• DPS Support: Online onboarding, clinical English, and U.S. practice adaptation.

👩‍⚕️ CNA / MA (Unskilled – EB-3)

• Pay Rate:   USD 20–24 / hour (experience-based).
• No prior certification required. U.S. certification & training completed  after arrival (approved program; classroom + clinical).
• English: Basic clinical communication.
• Schedule: 5×8h or 3×12h (same as above).
• Contract: 3 years; transfer allowed after 1 year (no penalty).

🤝 Sponsorship Model (Self-Sponsored / Cost-Sharing)

• Processed under a  legitimate employer-filed EB-3 petition (PERM + I-140 filed by the employer).
• Applicant sponsor contribution covers  education & administrative support only (e.g., training coordination, documentation assistance, onboarding preparation) —  not a payment for employment .
• Employer and candidate  share sponsorship responsibilities for a transparent, mutually committed pathway.
