We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused On-Site Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance at our client’s office. This role requires a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and is committed to delivering high-quality IT support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site field desktop support at the customer’s office five days a week .
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and repair PCs, software, networks, and associated peripherals .
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audio, video, and teleconferencing equipment .
• Utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing system to track and manage support requests.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on desk-side support experience required.
• Strong PC hardware repair skills and ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications and Windows 11 issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus .
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently .
• Certifications such as A+, Dell, Microsoft, Apple, or HP are a huge plus .
