Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2 to 5 years of experience - ONLY) to join its Labor & Employment Practice in the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.
The ideal candidate will have employment law or general litigation experience gained at a large law firm and be comfortable handling a broad range of matters, including employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class and collective actions, and workplace investigations. Strong academic credentials, superior writing skills, and excellent judgment are essential.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, sophisticated labor and employment matters in a collaborative and nationally recognized practice.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience (ONLY - 2ND TO 5TH YEAR ASSOCIATES) in labor & employment or complex litigation.
Meaningful exposure to employment counseling and litigation at the state and federal level.
Outstanding academic background and legal writing skills.
Active California Bar membership required.
