Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years experience serving the Florida market. We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane-impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

Responsibilities:- Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through direct face-to-face marketing.
- Set appointments for our outside sales representatives
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions
