Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit talented legal professionals using diverse channels such as email outreach, cold calls, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experiences, and alignment with potential job opportunities.
• Collaborate with law firm clients to understand their hiring requirements and craft personalized recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to negotiating offers and facilitating new hires' onboarding.

Requirements:

• Law degree.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to be in the office 3-4x/week.
