Renee Davidson - Award winning State Farm Insurance agency in Tracy, CA is looking for a driven, highly competitive, and energetic individual interested in taking their income and career to the next level! Our Agency is thriving… in response we are growing our high performing, high achieving sales team!

Must have an active Property and Casualty license and be able to commute to our Tracy, CA office location. This is an in-house position.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Required licensing:

• Property and Casualty license
  
• Life and Health license

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Insurance experience is preferred but will consider a candidate that is a self-starter and can work independently with minimal assistance.

• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
