What You Will Do

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support our business goals and elevate our brand presence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading digital and print marketing initiatives.
• Managing website, SEO, CRM analytics, and social media.
• Collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams.
• Managing development of tradeshow materials, booth presentations, and loyalty program.
• Supervising and mentoring a small but mighty marketing team.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (field sales experience a plus).
• Collaborative mindset with proven ability to lead.
• Strong digital marketing and CRM, ERP, or other customer support software skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience.
