The role involves handling patent infringement litigation in district court, Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB proceedings, tech transactions, and patent-adjacent cases such as antitrust and trade secret matters. Duties: Represent clients in patent litigation matters, including district court proceedings, Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB proceedings, and related cases. Provide legal advice and guidance on patent-related issues, including tech transactions, antitrust, and trade secret cases. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in all phases of litigation. Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop and execute litigation strategies. Requirements: Exceptional academic achievements, with a strong law school record. Proven litigation and writing skills. 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation. Technical degree or relevant work experience preferred. Admission to the California Bar is preferred. Patent Office registration is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
