Patient Care Coordinator

Ellensburg Dental Care has an opening for a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as first point of contact for our dental patients and customers. You will be responsible for answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, registering new patients, verifying insurance, printing and reviewing treatment plans with patients, coordinating referrals, and pre-authorizations for treatment.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED is required
• 3 years of dental scheduling and treatment planning experience is preferred
• Dental Assistant Registration is preferred

• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus
• Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU)
• Pre-employment drug screen is required

Base: $19.72 - $23.47 hourly (+ 1.50 per hour for Ellensburg differential) total range of $21.22-$24.97 hourly
