We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Closing Assistant to join our reputable legal team. The ideal candidate is a professional with a strong background in real estate transactions and an understanding of the legal aspects surrounding property deals. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Closing Assistant, your main duties will include:

1. Assisting in the preparation and review of real estate closing documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, and title commitments.
2. Coordinating with attorneys, clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth and timely closings.
3. Conducting thorough research of public records and legal documents to verify information about properties.
4. Managing the entire closing process, from the initial contract to the final closing, ensuring all documents are correctly filed and distributed.
5. Preparing and finalizing closing statements, ensuring all costs, credits, and adjustments are accurate.
6. Monitoring compliance with contractual deadlines and providing timely updates to all parties involved.
7. Assisting with post-closing tasks, including recording documents, disbursing funds, and resolving any post-closing issues.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Closing Assistant or similar role.
2. Proficiency in preparing and filing closing documents.
3. Strong understanding of the closing process.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in using legal research tools and real estate software.
8. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification is a plus.
