This role involves closely working with both business stakeholders and the CRM team to understand and define business requirements, thereby improving our operational efficiency through innovative CRM solutions. Ideal candidates should be experienced, communicative, and thrive in a collaborative environment, with a strong background in marketplace and technical domains.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements. Translate product roadmap features into detailed product requirements/user stories in partnership with the Product Manager. Design solutions in collaboration with team members to meet business requirements and develop user stories. Oversee the solution testing phase by working closely with developers and QA teams to ensure alignment with business needs. Manage stakeholder meetings, prioritize tasks in alignment with SCRUM master and Product Owner, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce CRM solutions. Must-Have Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. Strong background in agile project management methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
