Job Description: SAP CPQ Consultant / Solution Lead

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of practical industry experience, including at least 8+ years in IT and 3 or more full-cycle implementations of PROS CPQ and Price Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of PROS CPQ and Price Optimization solutions.
• Provide hands-on expertise in PROS CPQ, PROS SPOM, and related pricing and quoting processes.
• Facilitate and drive interactive workshops with key business stakeholders for solution alignment (e.g., blueprinting, business confirmation sessions, and testing workshops).
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Requirements Design Documents (RDD).
• Develop and implement both standard configurations and custom solutions, ensuring they are delivered within budget and aligned with business needs.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure accurate implementation of solution designs.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, proactively driving them to successful completion.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing required reports and data points on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in PROS CPQ and Price Management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and PROS Macro scripting.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies and processes.
• Experience in implementing large-scale CPQ and/or Price Optimization solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
