The Security Operations Center (SOC) underpins all Armor’s services, providing holistic and integrated protection, detection and response across the entire kill chain through 24x7 security monitoring. In order for the SOC to be efficient and scale to support all of Armor’s customers globally, critical SOC platform technology like SOAR, case management and forensics tools to empower security analysts in their incident triage and response process.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of SOC platform technology, productizing innovative capabilities to supercharge the SOC. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the SOC, engineering, design and more to drive product strategy, define requirements, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required.)

  • Define and prioritize the SOC modernization tool requirements
  • Build the product strategy and vision, aligning to the company’s overall business objectives, SOC needs and market opportunities to deliver a product that meets customer needs
  • Engage with the SOC and relevant stakeholders to understand product requirements, creating new value or improving existing features rooted in customer-centricity
  • Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle, from defining a product roadmap and breaking it down into discrete features and tasks for backlog planning with design and engineering teams
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle to generate alignment and a shared understanding of product functionality, placement, and launch timelines.
  • Ensure ongoing product performance by defining clear OKRs, KPIs and metrics for data-driven analysis and optimization of product performance

Required Skills

  • Proven track-record delivering enterprise products/services to market
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud and managed services
  • Strong understanding of common SOC platform technologies (eg. Case management, ticketing, collaboration tools, dashboards and reporting, etc.)
  • Experience working with SDLC and common agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Educational background in computer science or related technical equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience working with software, service, and DevOps teams (preferred)


Education and/or Experience

  • Experience in Product Management within a hosting or software company
  • 5+ years of product management experience
